A meeting was held in the Ambedkar Park Tigri on 27^th April 2014 regarding issues and next steps of Tigri A Block RWA.

The following were present.

1. Manoj Kumar, President of Tigri A Block RWA

2. Ajay Kumar, Vice-President of Tigri A Block RWA

3. Aditya, Vice-President of Tigri A Block RWA

4. Ambuj Pandey, General Secretary of Tigri A Block RWA

5. Praveen Singh, Treasurer of Tigri A Block RWA

6. Pankaj Kumar Pachori, Joint Secretary of Tigri A Block RWA

7. Vinod Kumar, Member of Tigri A Block RWA

8. Kamal Kumar, Member of Tigri A Block RWA

9. Ram Swaroop, Member of Tigri A Block RWA

The following issues were discussed and decided.

1. We discussed the total expenditure till date which is given on the next page.

2. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that we should make two stamps one for President and one for General Secretary of Tigri A Block RWA.

3. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that minimum 5 Banners should be exhibited on selected points of Tigri A Block.

4. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that we should collect donations from the residents or from other.

5. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that we should print Identity Card to each and every member of Tigri A Block RWA.

6. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that we should print some Donation and fee receipt books.

7. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that we should print minimum 100 letter heads.

8. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that we should encourage the membership drill in the area of Tigri A Block.

9. President of Tigri A Block RWA informed to all the members about the death of Mr. Kushan Lal.

10. Each and every member present in the meeting decided that we should fill the vacant position of Late Mr. Kishan Lal with his younger brother namely Mr. Sudarshan.

Total Membership Fee received

1. Rs. 500 X 16 = Rs. 8000.

Total Expenditure till date

1. Rs. 3000 spent for Registration of Tigri A Block RWA.

2. Rs. 75 spent for Register for Tigri A Block RWA.

3. Rs. 90 spent for Pepsi and glasses for all members present in meeting of Tigri A Block RWA.

4. Total Rs. 3000+75+90 = 3165

Overall Expenditure and Savings

Rs. 8000 (Total received) - Rs.3165 (Total Expenditure) = 4835 (Total Balance and Savings)

A meeting was held in the Park, Tigri C Block on 1^st Feb 2014 regarding election, discussion of membership fee and other issues of Tigri A Block RWA.

2. Each and every member present in the meeting decided the following fee structure:-

a) Admission fee Rs. 5000 (Five Thousand only) at the time of admission except for founder members i.e. Only Rs. 500 (Five Hundred only) is chargeable in the starting of registration of Tigri A Block RWA.

b) Subscription Rs.100 (One Hundred only) per month.

c) Lifelong membership fee Rs. 10000 (Ten Thousand only).

3. Starting membership fee i.e. Rs 500 is paid by all the founder members at the time of meeting.

4. Each and every member present in the meeting agreed to abide all the rules and regulations which are written in Rules and Regulations (Memorandum of Understanding of Tigri A Block RWA) and told them by reading in Hindi orally.
